Well, I can now make it official... There's a new stallion in the stable. Given the rarity, I only traveled 575 miles, round trip, to collect him on 03Aug25. Mother Honda seems to only be distributing (sprinkling?) them to higher volume dealerships.I give you Freyr, so named after the Norse god. He's a 2025 Honda Goldwing, 50th Anniversary edition, 7-speed DCT model. Purchase included a coffee table book detailing the last 50 years of Goldwing history, as well as a model showing the original 1975 1000cc model on one side and todays' 2025 model on the other side of a mirrored divider.The Lady will be going up for sale very shortly. I'll carry my innumerable fond memories made with her on Freyr as he and I make new memories of our own.
